The location was fabulous. It was close to everything! the breakfast was consistently good and i enjoyed having fresh fruit each morning, good.
the outdated interior wasn't great! the carpets had a musty smell and could use a deep clean, a bit off-putting. the television wasn't working and the air conditioning did not work properly.

The location was excellent, it made exploring very simple. parking at the hotel was also very helpful. i found the breakfast to be quite good. I had a satisfying start to my days. i thought the hotel provided clean towels abundantly. It was a nice touch.
i noticed a slightly musty smell in some of the communal areas on the second floor.

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to many tourist spots. Everything was within walking distance. this made it easy to see the sites and return to the hotel as needed during the day.

the air conditioning did not work well in the room. the temperature was too high for comfortable sleep. we should improve it.

early morning noiseoutdated decor
My room overlooked what seemed to be a loading area. Early morning noise woke me. The television was not working correctly. The screen froze and restarted often. I found this very annoying. The outdated decor also added to the sense of neglect. It seems the cleaning staff missed some spots. I saw candy in the corridor flower pots. I am not sure what to think.

The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool. Many families used it upon arrival. i took a taxi from the station. Reception arranged for a shared taxi on departure. the room included a large seating area. Spacious bedrooms are rare now. check-in was quick. The staff provided helpful information. the hotel has two entrances, one by the pool leads to the main shopping street and the other to the canal area.
the rooms were dated. they didn't feel clean. i think that providing one complimentary personal bottle of water for a family of four is insufficient.

front desk staff offered assistance. the gentleman who checked me in was excellent. i found them really friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request at any time, appreciated.

Breakfast was great and had many choices. pastries were delicious. i liked having a fresh banana and kiwi each morning. The variety of options ensured a good start to the day and the breakfast experience. the staff constantly cleaned up and replenished food.

The location was really perfect for exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was a PERFECT size for one. It was a quick walk into the HEART of the city.
The hotel room was not very clean. A sweet wrapper lay on the floor. The sofa bed was stained. I think the hotel had started deteriorating.
