The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool. Many families used it upon arrival. i took a taxi from the station. Reception arranged for a shared taxi on departure. the room included a large seating area. Spacious bedrooms are rare now. check-in was quick. The staff provided helpful information. the hotel has two entrances, one by the pool leads to the main shopping street and the other to the canal area.
the rooms were dated. they didn't feel clean. i think that providing one complimentary personal bottle of water for a family of four is insufficient.

front desk staff offered assistance. the gentleman who checked me in was excellent. i found them really friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request at any time, appreciated.

Breakfast was great and had many choices. pastries were delicious. i liked having a fresh banana and kiwi each morning. The variety of options ensured a good start to the day and the breakfast experience. the staff constantly cleaned up and replenished food.

The location was really perfect for exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was a PERFECT size for one. It was a quick walk into the HEART of the city.
The hotel room was not very clean. A sweet wrapper lay on the floor. The sofa bed was stained. I think the hotel had started deteriorating.
